All made in France from a French artisan who succeeded his father
in making of cigarette cases.
As
the popular demand for cigarette cases (made to contain 3 packets
of brown cigarettes!) declined in the middle of 1970’s, he changed
his vocation into making of cigar humidors. Passion nearly 3 decades,
his products are known for their quality and appreciated among the
cigar aficianados as well as novice cigar lovers.
The cork plates with 90% moisture content are used for the interior
compartment to maintain hygrometry to a constant level. The beautiful
Elmwood chests are fixed with a natural adhesive of his own composition.
The tops of the chests are either in glass or animal patterned
leather: grains of lizard or crocodile. For animal lovers, we
do not sell genuine lizard or crocodile skins.
